alles zerflattert.
Pause.
L: Ich möchte mich ausruhen.
Stimme in L´ s Kopf: Ausruhen von was?

Auf Gedeih und Vererb - make or break deals with the entanglement of humans in the endless debate about how to deal with nature in times of economic profiteering and climate change, and the obviously arduous effort to find environmentally compatible, socially just and economically viable global concepts.
With the onset of climate chaos, additional poverty is to be expected on top of that. It is especially the countries of the southern hemisphere, and in them above all the poor population groups, that will feel the bitter consequences of global climate change. An ambiguous time seems to be ahead, man is equipped with knowledge but incapable of action. On the one hand, society has awakened to the realisation that the impending climate chaos requires a reversal. On the other hand, however, many things continue to go on as usual.
The piece does not show a possible way out of this situation, but rather draws the connection, the commonalities and dependencies between the species as well as the real contrasts, lack of awareness, humility and respect.
Musically, the Boleró by Maurice Ravel is used symbolically with its endless loops. Melody, harmony and rhythm remain unchanged throughout the piece. The boléro rhythm opens the piece and is played throughout, while in the course of the piece more and more instruments are added in different timbres, so that the overall effect is one of a long drawn-out, extremely large loudness. The longer the piece lasts, the more one is gripped by the feeling that it could continue in the same pattern for all eternity. But shortly before the end, an abrupt turn shakes you up - the music takes a new path and ends with the loudest part of the piece.

Echoes through time
Zur Performance:
In the new creation “Echoes through time” we merge neo-classical and contemporary styles to explore life's journey through a timeline of evocative pieces. The performance begins with the freedom and innocence of childhood, progressing to the teenage years, where the dancers embody the search for identity and the pressure of societal expectations. As the narrative shifts into adulthood, the choreography illustrates the tension between aspiration
and responsibility, highlighting the struggle to balance personal dreams with the demands of daily life.
The performance delves into the emotions associated with aging, capturing the bittersweet nostalgia of knowing our time is limited. Ultimately, it shifts toward the acceptance of growing older and the peace that comes with it. Central to the performance is the philosophy that youth is sustained by an unbounded capacity to dream, create, and imagine; as long as these persists, age becomes less a numeric measure and more a state of mind.
