You can use this virtual ticket service as a convenient way to purchase tickets for our performances. Whether from your home or your office and regardless of the time of day or night, this ticket service is always available to process your ticket requests. Using this service saves you travel costs, parking fees and the time it takes to stand in line. We accept MasterCard / Eurocard and Visa.
Simply follow these steps:
After selecting the performance you wish to attend, click on the 'continue to tickets' button to reach the seat selection page. Please take note of our terms and conditions.
- Select your desired seat/seats.
- Then click on 'shopping cart' and check your order for accuracy. If everything is listed correctly, please enter your contact information.
- In order to process your order, we require a few pieces of information. Please enter your complete data so that we can inform you of any changes at short notice. Your personal information will only be used to process your ticket booking request and will not be released to third parties.
- For payment processing, we have chosen to use a data-encrypting, secure payment system from the company Papagena, Hamburg. Please enter your credit card number as well as the last three digits of your card verification code. A 10% service charge is included in the ticket price.
- At the end of the booking process, you'll receive a printable order confirmation and subsequently an invoice per email. Depending on the shipping option you chose, you may then either pick up your tickets at the Staatstheater Wiesbaden ticket window by showing your order confirmation or invoice, or your tickets will be sent to you by mail.
